The Iowa Afterschool Alliance facilitates multiple professional development opportunities for afterschool professionals throughout the year. The largest event is the Impact After School conference, which consists of a two-day training and networking for program coordinators, administrators, front-line staff, educators, and community organizations. In addition to these conferences, the IAA also offers a variety of trainings that can be customized for a specific program’s needs.
