The network

The Iowa Afterschool Alliance is a network of organizations and individuals who support high quality out-of-school time programming and seek to improve access to high quality programs across Iowa. The IAA serves as a convener, connector, and catalyst.

Catalyst

We mobilize advocates to have a voice in policy at all levels and recognize the contributions afterschool has made in our communities to ensure equitable access to out-of-school time opportunities across the state of Iowa.

The 50 State Afterschool Network

For nearly 20 years, the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation (www.mott.org) has made investments in a national network of diverse groups of organizations and champions to come together to build public will and systems for afterschool and summer learning. Now reaching every state, the 50 State Afterschool Network fosters partnerships and policies to develop, support, and sustain high-quality opportunities for children and youth.
