Belong to the millions of young people around the world planning and carrying out service projects globally between now and April 24 and 26, 2009. Global Youth Service Day mobilizes youth as leaders to identify and address the needs of our communities through service and learning supports youth on a lifelong path of service and civic engagement educates the public, the media, and policymakers about the year-round contributions of young people as community leaders.
